Notice the lack of fitness updates?

We are so, so, so very bad at this working out regime. Try as we might to make it to the gym, we just haven't been able to pull it together these last few weeks to get back on the workout wagon. Kate has been swamped with work and the house and I'm just plain lazy. We're full of good intentions (I'm actually full of good intentions and ice cream) and I know both of us drive around with gym bags ready to spring into action at a moment's notice, but somehow this whole fitness program seems like a goner - I even have two gym memberships that are rotting from dis-use. What will motivate us and re-ignite that fire for firm, non-jiggly thighs?
